Captured Chaos is the lead of my artistic practice that began in 2022. I would often focus on “enjoying the moment” rather than taking pictures of my friends, leaving me with very little to look back on. To combat this I brought my 35mm SLR everywhere to point it in my friends faces, frankly this pissed them off.

Initially this project was locked to a strict 35mm film medium, but has now evolved to whatever medium i have on hand. Inspired by Richard Billingham's Ray's a Laugh, the result is a candid, unfiltered look at our lives—documenting the chaos of getting drunk and doing drugs, the late nights, and the aftermaths. More than just a visual diary, this decade-long project is a reminder of how lucky I am to share the reality of my twenties with these amazing people.
